On this last episode of season 1, we are having a peer to peer talk but also an empowering and proactive talk with Anja Riis Petersen, the founder of the creative agency Third dot and the social media agency SoYou — SoMe.

A deep dive into the importance of understanding branding and it's power with her creative agency that has at heart the happiness and success of its clients, helping them speak and evolve with meaning in their branding.

Anja is a designer, art director and business owner, from her second education in branding to her creating her agency, she shares with us the behind the scenes of a journey full of hard work, dedication and care for her craft, team and clients. It's not about creating the next logo, it's more than that, she values the relationships she has with her clients and promotes the understanding of what Branding can do.

For her, branding is in constant growth, refinement and movement, a support system that allows each brand to ''be'' rather than represent.

She portrays a transparent and daring leadership that inspires us to be our best selves and go after our dreams and learn from the journey. She reminds us how challenging entrepreneurship can be, enticing us to be aware of it, but also enjoying the good, the bad and the ugly.

The recording of the projects started from October 2019 to December 2019. During those months I allowed the city and connections to bring to me these brilliant minds.
Before each conversation, I created a little introduction guide with themes we could talk about during our talk and expand them.

From the beginning, I wanted the guests to share objects or quotes that motivated  and kept them grounded. I was at each time surprised by what they brought and how it enlightened the talks.

I didn't really prepare for each conversation other than the guide I shared with them. The main wish was to follow the flow and be in the moment, allowing the intuitive questions to come and find resonance.
